Phase Two Operations

What will happen during phase two?

  • Deconstruction of old Municipal Courthouse building
  • Deconstruction of old Community Reach Center building
  • Installation of new parking facilities, sidewalks, and stormwater detention pond
  • Installation of new playground.
  • Restoration and Installation of new landscaping and community spaces

How will the court area operate during phase two?

  • Court operations, including jury duty, summons, proceedings, and payments, will commence in the new courthouse.
  • Community Reach Center will relocate to new location on site and resume services.
  • Municipal Park pickleball courts will remain open for as long as feasible.
  • Primary parking for visitors will be along 76th Ave., new parking for visitors will be available off Turnpike Drive. New staff parking will be available on the north side of the site.
