• Perimeter fencing to keep the job site safe and secure
• Cranes and heavy machinery on site
• Heavy truck traffic as building materials are delivered and removed
• Temporary traffic lane and sidewalk closures
• Temporary closures to driveway access on Grove Street
• Temporary water shutoffs, if needed, for new water utilities. Project team will coordinate in advance with those impacted. (Phase One only)
• Noise, dust, and vibrations due to construction activity
• Typical work hours are Monday to Friday, 7 am to 5 pm. Some weekend and night work anticipated. Hours will be impacted by holidays, weather, and other construction considerations.
• Municipal Park Playground will be closed
• Temporary visitor parking relocation
• Coordination with Holy Trinity, schools, and neighbors
